ACA Cupboards & Maintenance was founded in 2020 by Anton Nortman, built on hard work, determination, and a commitment to doing things properly from the start.
During the lockdown period, Anton was employed by a company that was placed on pause for eight months, leaving employees without income. Instead of standing still, he took initiative. With the help of a friend and a borrowed utility vehicle, Anton began taking on small private jobs, focusing on delivering quality workmanship and reliable service.
One of the first projects was the installation of a PVC ceiling in a granny flat. From there, the scope of work grew naturally — learning and completing tiling in the same space, and refining skills with every job. When the homeowner shared their positive experience on Facebook, word quickly began to spread. Calls started coming in, and the workload steadily increased.
What began as a small effort soon grew into consistent, non-stop work. Even while continuing his employment in 2021, Anton spent weekends completing private cupboard installations, often fitting two full kitchens over a single weekend. This dedication to quality and efficiency laid the foundation for what ACA is today.
ACA Cupboards & Maintenance was officially registered in August 2023. Since then, the business has grown rapidly, building a strong and loyal client base through attention to detail, dependable workmanship, and a willingness to continually learn and improve.
Today, ACA Cupboards & Maintenance operates as a full-time professional service, offering custom cupboard solutions and maintenance work with a focus on quality, reliability, and client satisfaction.
